Booking & Cancellation Policy

Birthday Party Packages must be booked in advance either in person or over the phone.
Deposits are required on all parties and must be paid ten days prior to the booking date to secure your reservation.
Deposits can be made in person, e-transfer or over the phone. Please note all phone deposits will incur a 2% fee.
Cancellations made within 7 days of your booking will incur a late cancellation fee.
Extra time may be available upon request at time of booking for an additional cost.

Frequently Asked Birthday Questions!

1. May I buy extra time to bowl?

Yes! You may purchase extra bowling time. You must arrange this when booking your party. There will be an additional charge per lane.

2. Do I have to pay a deposit?

Deposits are required on all birthday reservations. They are required to be paid 10 days prior to the party date to ensure your lane reservation. Party reservations without a deposit TEN days prior will have their lanes released back to the public.

3. May I bring in extra food or beverages?

Unfortunately we do not allow outside food and beverages to be brought into the facility. This includes fruit/veggie trays etc. We do make the exception to allow cake or cupcakes in for booked birthday packages with deposits previously paid.

4. May I bring performers in?

We do not allow outside business to provide services within our facility. This includes face painters, character performers etc.

5. Do you allow pinatas?

For the safety of all customers and staff we do not allow pinatas.

6. Is there space for all of our adults to sit?

Due to spatial limitations, there is no seating for spectators - attendees will only have seating.
