Counter Assistant
As a Counter Assistant you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You must be organized, friendly, and have a strong working knowledge of basic math. You will interact with customers of all ages, helping them check-in for their reservation, taking payments, and answering any questions they may have. With your friendly personality and helpful attitude, you will ensure that every customer has an enjoyable experience at our facility. Counter staff will be required to have a smart serve certificate. This position is a part-time position.
Food & Beverage
Our Food & Beverage team is the perfect place for those who love cooking and working in a fast-paced, organized environment. We are looking for individuals who have strong math skills and are Smart Serve certified. The age requirement for this position is 18+. You will become part of our friendly, knowledgeable staff that will provide great service for birthday parties, league members, and other special events. We offer a wide selection of food and beverage items. This job is a great side gig!
Lane Attendant
Redemption Host
The Lane Attendant is a vital role at C&D Lanes. They must be friendly, self driven, and attentive to detail. They are responsible for cleaning the customer area and maintaining the bowling lanes, as well as providing excellent customer service. They must be mechanically inclined in order to be able to address any issues that may arise with the pinsetters or other lane equipment. The Lane Attendant ensures that each customer has an enjoyable and safe experience while bowling. This is a great part-time job for students!
The Redemption Attendant is a key part of our team. They provide friendly customer service to guests, offer prizes to children, and are cross-trained to be able to assist in other areas as needed. They are responsible for cleaning and restocking redemption prize shelves and game machines. They also provide exceptional customer service by helping guests redeem their winnings in a timely and professional manner. Redemption Attendants are essential to providing a great experience for all guests. This is a great part-time position for students or a fun side-gig!
